Vendor Sign-up

Please sign below agreeing to all of the Event Day Procedures as a general contract. This is required.

Vendor Booth selection January 5, 2024 @ 10 AM. Vendor fees due May 1!

Event Day Procedures

The vendor is required to provide all necessary items to set up their booth/table. It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/table prior to the end of the event. Non-compliance will exclude the vendor from future events. 

Set Up: Friday, May 17th @ 6 PM - 8 PM or Saturday, May 18th @ 8 AM - 9:30 AM

Event:  Saturday, May 18th, 2024 10 AM - 6 PM 

Clean Up: Saturday, May 18th, 2024 5 PM - 6 PM

 

Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event. Every vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect when speaking or dealing with any guest. 

 

NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEAGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED. IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS THAT ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED, NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE. 

 

Payment for the optional marketing seminar ($25) will be due no later than April 1st.

Payment for vendor fees in will be due in full no later than May 1st.
