Event Day Information

The vendor is required to provide all necessary items to set up their 10'x 10' space. It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/table prior to the end of the event. Non-compliance will exclude the vendor from future events.

Set Up: Saturday, May 10th @ 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Event:  Saturday, May 10th, 2024 10 AM - 6 PM  (live music until 10 PM)

Clean Up: Saturday, May 10th, 2024 6 PM - 7 PM
 

Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event. Every vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect when speaking or dealing with any guest. 

 

NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEAGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED. IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS THAT ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED, NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE. 

 

Payment for vendor fees in will be due in full no later than May 1st.

Vendor Types

Artist Vendor

For artists and makers selling handmade or original artwork, crafts, or unique handmade goods. This includes painters, sculptors, jewelers, photographers, and other creative artisans.

Community Vendor

For businesses, local organizations, and independent vendors promoting services, products, or brands. These vendors may sell items, offer interactive experiences, or share information about their business.

Food Truck Vendor

For food trucks and mobile food vendors offering ready-to-eat meals, snacks, or beverages. These vendors must comply with local health regulations and provide necessary permits.

Nonprofit Vendor

For registered nonprofit organizations looking to share their mission, provide outreach, or raise awareness. Some nonprofits may also sell items or host activities to support their cause.
